Ensuring a skilled workforce for the
emerging renewable energy sector is indispensable for
meeting the challenges of the future and should therefore
be a top priority in national energy policy strategies.
The Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD) at WISE
assumes a strategic role in creating skilled manpower to
cater to the needs of the growing RE industry, gearing up
to meet this objective by engaging in various capacity
building and training activities. |
