The World Institute of Sustainable Energy (WISE) is a fast
growing institute committed towards sustainable energy, energy
conservation, and sustainable development, with a special focus on
renewable energy. We urgently require:
1. Sr. Research Associates / Research Associates – Many
vacancies
Qualifications: Masters Degree (with 1st Class) in
Engineering/ Technology in the areas of Energy Studies /
Electrical / Mechanical and / or MBA or equivalent management
degree in the subjects like Environmental Management, Power
Management etc. Project work in the fields of Wind Power, Solar
Energy, Bio-energy, Sustainable development or policy / regulatory
experience in renewable energy will be preferred. Candidates
should possess an earnest aptitude for research, be hard-working,
having excellent analytical, communication and language skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years in industry, research or
commercial organization in the areas of wind energy, solar energy,
bio-energy, policy & regulatory work relating to renewable energy
or sustainable development. Condition of experience shall be
waived in the case of exceptional candidates.
Age: Below 35 years
2. Assistant Manager (Administration)
Qualifications: 1st or 2nd class graduate with post
graduate qualification of MBA/PGDBA from recognized institute.
Excellent command over English and computer. Good English language
skills and communication ability.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Administration in a
reputed organization. Knowledge of working in society/trust
preferred
Desirable: Specific experience in estate management,
housekeeping, procurement, maintenance of stock registers,
manpower planning & recruitment, personal management,
co-ordination, protocol duties and routine administration work.
Age: Below 35 years
3. Junior / Senior Executive (Training Co-ordination)
Qualifications: 1st or 2nd class post graduate degree in
Science (preferably Physics) with post graduate diploma in H. R.
D. from recognized institute. He / She should have excellent
command over writing & spoken English, computer and internet
operation and communication ability.
Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years in Training and HR
Department in a reputed organization.
Desirable: Should have experience in training field like
plan training budget, forecast cost, formulate training programs,
preparing brochures, training material, handouts, PPT
presentation, Co-ordination, finalization of speakers and guests,
follow-up for participants, organize training venue, logistics,
transport, accommodation as required, communication with training
delegates, prepare settlement of bills and invoices, post training
management ( feedback forms, analysis, honorariums, uploading of
training soft material etc.)
Age: Below 30 years
4. Junior /Senior Executive (Back Office)
Qualifications: Graduate Degree with First or Higher second
class. He/She should have excellent command over Writing & Spoken
English, Computer and Internet operation and communication and knowledge of DTP software such
as CorelDraw, Photoshop, PageMaker, etc. is must. He/She should be extremely innovative and have
exceptional creative skills in designing and layout of
publications.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in designing
and layout of books, magazines, newsletters, brochures, booklets,
etc., in a reputed publishing agency / institute, etc.
Age: Below 35 years
5. Junior /Senior Executive (Research & Documentation)
Qualification: At least 2nd Class Post Graduate in Science
or Economics. Should have excellent command over the English
language. Knowledge of Computer and Internet is essential.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience of office work.
Working experience in academic / research institute will be added
advantage. Candidates having knowledge in environment studies /
renewable energy or have done short-term courses in these areas
would be preferred.
Age: Below 30 years
6. Junior/Senior Executive (Accounts)
Qualification: Post Graduate in Commerce with at least a
second class. Working experience on Tally7.2 & 9 software,
proficient in the English language. Operating knowledge of
Computer and Internet is must.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts department in a
reputed organization or completed articleship in a C A firm.
Age: Below 30 years
7. Junior Executive (Steno/Typist)
Qualification: 2nd class graduate, excellent knowledge of
computer software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
browsing etc. Should have good command over the English language
and good communication skills.
Experience: Min 5-6 years in a reputed organization,
institute etc. Condition of experience shall be waived in case of
fresher with exceptional qualifications and skills.
Desirable: Dictation, typing and other related work e.g.
filing, telephone operations, sending-receiving / replying of
emails, independent handling of office correspondence etc.
Age: Below 30 years
The qualification
and experience criteria may be marginally relaxed in the case of
exceptional candidates. Compensation package and other terms are
commensurate with candidate’s experience, matching industry
