Assistant Manager (Administration and Accounts)

Vijay Gokhale has been with WISE since the past eleven years. His areas of expertise include data entry in Tally, book keeping, and back office administrative work.

Vijay is responsible for some key activities on the accounts side that include, managing and preparing invoices and payments, monitoring account payable checks, maintaining project files and updating records as required, managing monthly journals, updating entries and maintaining sub ledgers, preparing reports of payrolls on monthly basis, preparing and documenting all taxes and its filing, and managing petty cash and preparing cash flow reports.

In administration, Vijay is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the housekeeping staff, besides providing regular information and updations on key HR activities to all the employees.

Prior to joining WISE, Vijay worked in the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) for more than 15 years as Junior Assistant in various departments of MEDA. He has a degree in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Pune.
